I booked for a movie X in theatre Y and they gave me tickets in theatre Z. I sent a cancellation request which they never obliged to and even the customer service is very bad their number will never work.
This is a crap*y company and a bunch of cheats are running this. I had to pay for no fault of mine. Please don’t use this site for booking tickets. You will loose your money.
