I’m very disappointed with Borzo for recruiting drunk delivery personnel, which is extremely unsafe, especially for women. Such behavior is unacceptable and dangerous. It’s my humble request to everyone — please do not use Borzo until they ensure proper background checks and safety measures for customers.
Borzo must take strict action against such irresponsible staff and improve their hiring standards to make the service safe for everyone.
