I recently visited MotorCafe for carwash as I had subscribed to coupon for the same. I called the service center and took appointment for the carwash to avoid un-necessary wait and delay. However, when I reached at the service center, the actual work started 1 hour past the scheduled time. So, taking appointment doesn’t make any sense.
Moreover, quality of the car wash was just average. I specifically told the service guy to clean the engine bay properly. Despite reminding him of the same about 2-3 times during the wash, it was not done.
With such as big brand name of Bosch associated with the service center, this result was not expected. It looks like Bosch has only supplied machines to the service center however, there is no feedback mechanism to ensure the customer satisfaction.
I would suggest people to look somewhere else for quality service.
