Washing machine is the best thing that ever happened to human kind. Keeping a full time job and doing household chores are not always easy to manage and to wash clothes a washing machine is the most handy and convenient.
I got a Bosch Classixx Frontloader washing machine from Bosch and well, I had to make at least 5 to 6 calls for me to get the technicians and install the machine.
Once it was done, I was all set to wash my clothes in the machine. The machine is a little complicated to understand, but I got it after some R & D and loaded up my clothes and detergent.
I set the timer to 1 hour and went on to complete other work. It was over one and a half hour and I ran to the machine to check the clothes that were ready to be folded and kept. Well, the machine was still working! The clothes were still tumbling inside and there was still a lot of water left inside.
Alright! So when was this going to get over? I waited for another half and hour and then shut the machine. I thought there was some mistake that I made! So I put in more clothes to wash the next day and no, there was no improvement!
The second day too, the same thing happened. It went on for over 2 and a half hour! Wow, this machine was slow as hell! The dryer too wasn’t drying the clothes thoroughly with a lot of them still pretty much wet.
I badly want to return this product and buy a machine of a better brand! I have been trying to follow up with the executives of Bosch but no one seems to care! After writing here, I am definitely going to post more reviews on their Facebook Page.
Please never buy Bosch Washing Machines, a sincere request.
