I am writing this review in frustration of such a pathetic after-sales customer-service support from well known European company in India. I am not sure how they can survive with such a horrible customer support.
I bought the washing machine model WAX 18260 IN from Devi International in Nov 2011.
Of course as usual all this authorized agents wash of their hands once the machine is sold and they give the service center number, there ends their responsibility. Thank fully I did not have any functional issue with the machine, apparently the machine Quality is good. But look at the Customer service.
I tried to register my product in Bosch official website https://secure.bosch-home.com/in/login.html?52=https%3a%2f%2fsecure.bosch-home.com%2fin%2fproduct-registration.html since I bought the machine. Till date that is even after 2 years it returns an error.
The toll free number 18002661880 - when I call this number (I have not kept the count of number of times I called this number- to my guess it would be not less than 25 times in last two weeks time) the automated music is played and you can reach the person if you have patience to wait for min of 15-20 minutes. Then comes the regret as usual.
Since I failed to talk to customer support over phone, I wrote a mail on 17th Nov using " contact us" portal available on the website. Fortunately I got a reply to the mail after a log 1 weeks wait. But the reply was useless. Here is the cut and paste of the mail reply that I received. And this same person call me over phone and repeated the same information several time. All that I had requested was AMC availability for the machine and terms of contract for this. I have not got this information till date.

4.Later again I called the toll free number on 29th and 30th Nov and some one picked up the call as usual after 15 mins of waiting and repeated the same words that are in mail. I had to wait for 15 mins on the toll free number on both occasions to hear this again. They promised that some one will contact me before end of the day, which never happened.
5.Now I have written to Bosch Germany .let me wait and see if they respond at least.
Moral of the story:
THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU BUY ANY BOSCH HOME APPLIANCE, YOU WILL NEVER GET ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT!
