It’s just been 5 months that I have bought this washing machine and needless to say, I expected it to work smooth for at least a year, given the brand name.
But then, to my horror, I haven’t been able to use it since the past 10 days. And that’s due to the reason that the water fails to flow through the pipe and just stays there, everytime I try to wash my clothes.
Hence, it’s all defunct now and there’s no sign of any representative coming to my rescue, inspite of the infinite no. of calls made to them. Seriously, this isn’t the way I expected things to be with that much of a price and not at all, this early.
Hope I get a service from them soon as promised within the warranty card.
