When people are home and can receive a service engineer? Highly irresponsible attitude, poor process, no planning, no customer centric thinking. Just engineering excellence is not enough. Must be backed by responsive and effective customer service.
Will never buy Bosch anything now! Product mught be great but machines do and will break down and customer service is integral part of product.
