My Bosch stopped working after 2 years. I lodged service request No. 0470685153 on 20th Nov.2015. Since then I contacted them for at least 20 times through phone & emails, but they are just not bothered!
The idiots in their service deptt. in Bangalore keep asking about the problem with dish-washer but are not attending to this complaint .
I’m totally fed-up with this company. Govt. should bar such companies from doing business in India because they just don’t bother to serve the customers, after selling the product!
