We own a washer and a dryer from Bosch. Bought it much more expensive than most other products in the market. Now they refuse to give us service for it. We have been trying to get a service person to visit to help us uninstall and re install the machines for more than a week without success.
Service numbers are difficult to get through and sales numbers don’t transfer to service.
