I have used this washing machine, its style and design is okay and looks good but the machine is not user friendly, difficult to operate and understand how it works, I called service and support for help but they didn’t gave any response, very poor servicing and support . It is not handy also. The durability of the washing machine is very poor, it got damaged within the 2nd month of using it. It is not a reliable machine.
