I recently purchased a Bosch washing machine, and I have to say, my experience has been far from satisfactory. The machine often struggles to balance loads, resulting in excessive vibrations that are not only annoying but also concerning for the longevity of the appliance. Additionally, the control panel is frustratingly complicated, making it difficult to select the right settings without referring to the manual multiple times. To top it off, customer service has been unhelpful, leaving me feeling stranded with a product that doesn’t meet my expectations.
