The features were looking great and being a German Brand we thought it’s worth spending money for Bosch. We were really happy with the performance. But a week back the machine stopped responding all of a sudden on a Saturday. The technician came on Monday suspected PCB failure due to voltage fluctuation. He said they have to order the PCB board and it will take a weeks time. Next Saturday, after constant follow-up we were informed that it will take another week to fix it, that means a total of two weeks of waiting time. With LG, we had faced issues twice. But they were really prompt in fixing/replacing the parts within a weeks time. When you have a 4 member family your clothes get piled up and it will be a big problem if you don’t get prompt service if your machine is down. So no matter how good a brand is, please do check the after sale service.
