I had bought a washing machine on march-2013, always I am facing circuit board issues.
There customer service also not responding properly. In warranty time I faced this issues 4 times, they replaced the circuit. And my warranty is expired on feb 2015. But I logged an complaint on feb 2015, but they are asking me to pay Rs.12000/- for replacing the circuit.
I have installed stabiliser also which is advised by their technician. But the problem is not fixed as of now. now my washing machine is simply kept to the corner from last 6 months.
Please don’t buy bosch washing machine their products. There service is very very poor.
