Good Machine but spin speed is only 800 rpm.
There are other models which go up to 1400 rpm. 5.5 KG is good for a Family of 4 - 5, but my advice is to go for a higher end model since higher end models have better spin speeds which translates to better drying. Also, higher end models have more wash programs.
I purchased this model since I got it at a discounted price of Rs.20 500 & other higher end models were out if stock & would take time to deliver. So Far, So Good. Don’t worry about Bosch/Siemens Higher End model consuming too much water or electricity, every model has Automatic load Sensing Device which detects precisely the amount of clothes inside the machine.
In an 8 kg model, if you feed it with 2 kg of clothes, it uses water required only for 2 KG not 8 KG. so, buy a better model. Usually, 1 washing machine atleast serves 8 - 10 years.
