Very UNPROFESSIONAL

Recently I signed up for a 5 Yr Package with Latest Device and received my device. Device does not switch-on from remote I have to unplug/plug the power cable, I have spent more than 10 hours with multiple tech with no resolution, highly frustrating and many channels are BLANK and no response even after reported. Their service and hardware is piece of crap, I have asked for full refund. PLEASE KEEP AWAY FROM BOSS IP TV services if you really need peace of mind.
