Boston Bites which is a very popular and new restaurant situated in Patiala. I visit this restaurant when I weny to my friends house.
This restaurant is very good in its looks, it is very modern having modern furniture for there customers. This restaurant is located at the centre of main market so it is a grate attraction of various individual.
When I went there then I realised that they are lack in staff as I am waiting for 20 minutes to give my order but no one is paying any attebtion to me at last I personalky went and placed my order.
But there services are really very bad as I am waiting to receive my order but when ever I asked for my order they said it is preparing.
After waiting for 1 hour I decided to go back then someone call me and said your order is ready, so I come back again. But I am not able to eat the things which they have provided, there is no presentation, the food looks very horrible, but even then I tried to taste it but I am right its taste is also very horrible.
I am not able to eat the food, so I paid for nothing to eat and leave this place which worst in customer services.
