It is TV show aired on Sony Television in 2015 and it is coming back for it’s 2nd season from today.It is basically cricket league where popular Indian TV celebs play in teams.They are divided into teams and should have at least 3 girls in each.A girl have to bat in 1st 4 overs and have to ball in last 4 overs in total span of 10 overs.It is an entertaining concept but it lacks it’s essence due to player’s behavior and poor game.What is wrong with the show is how it shows women players.
The whole concept of having female players is to show that women can also play good cricket and some girls do it too but in every episode you will only find people commenting like."oh, it’s girl over.n we have 36 runs to add".whenever a girl comes to bat no matter how she played ball they purposely avoid to out her so that no male player can take her place.What is more depressing is lot of girls themselves are seen giving hit-wickets so that their team can score more.
But that is not enough.Commentators are making personal comments and very arrogant.and actors threaten them to beat with stumps and abusing each other in every possible word you can imagine.It is prime time show and people below 18 can be watching.There is league for bollywood actors and it is pretty decent But this so called CELEB don’t care.It will be good show if they just try to abuse less and respect more
