Placed an order on 09 FEB 2015 on boxight.com for its Ek box VR kit after going through reviews about its "The Beta Cardboard VR Kit". The promised delivery was 10-15 days.
The company informed the DTDC tracking details vide its mail dt. 25 FEB 2015.
The item was actually handed over to DTDC on 03 MARCH 2015 only, and the consignment was destined for HYDERABAD instead of AHMEDABAD.
This was informed to boxight vide mail dt. 07 MARCH 2015.
Was informed by mail dt. 09 MARCH 2015 that the replacement product will be shipped with new consignment no.
Again sent a reminder mail dt. 12 MARCH 2015 requesting for an update.
Followed-up with posting on its face book page on 13 MARCH 2015. Got a call from its team with assurance of a solution. But now all the posts on its fb page have been deleted by boxight.
Sent a sms today on the number which had called-up regarding this matter, but no response has been there.
Though the amount involved is a very small one, but it shows that this start-up does not believe in surviving in the long run by failing miserably in its first big attempt itself.
Will like to warn the fellow members and the general public not to buy any item from boxight. Please also go through the feed back og buyers on desidime.com to understand the pathetic level of service and quality of the product it has supplied to some of the customers.
