I have the BPL Matrix FCV 21" TV (CRT) for the past 7 years now. I had bought it in 2003 The picture and sound clarity is AWESOME and even after 7 years it is as sharp as it was when it was new. Also I have had 4 transfers across the length and breadth of India in these 7 years and it has sustained the stresses of transportation and the mishandling by the transporters without a single problem till date
All my friends who’ve seen it tell me that it is any day better than the LG and Samsung model of TVs which they’ve bought. Its clarity beats many of the LCD TVs which I see in display in various shopping malls. I am having second thoughts whether to upgrade it at all with an LCD TV. As I said it has never developed a single problem till date and so there was no need to ask for any of their service or support teams
Wish they had ventured into LCD/ LED market aggressively, they would’ve beaten the competition.
