Hi Everyone. I am writing this to you all to know that there is no difference between roadside LOTT and #BrandFactory.
This is one of the worst shopping experiences I faced today with #BrandFactory ATTAPUR branch, Hyderabad. After making more than RS.10, 600 of purchase they have simply refused to exchange one of the items.
Item details:
White VEST MEN, Quantity of 3 packs and each pack is consists of 2 pieces.
I did the trial of one piece from one pack and the rest of the two packs meaning 5 pieces are untouched.
I requested so much to the billing manager and he refused to exchange. Though I understand that for inners which we do a trial will never be returned, but I went to return the other 5 pieces and was keeping the one which I did the trial because the other 5 were completely untouched and packed.
The time difference between purchase and exchange is just 15 mins. The fellow manager doesn’t want to listen to a word and was behaving like an illiterate person.
Though we customers were already ignoring complete mismanagement like no cashiers on the cash counters, card machine issues, etc. especially at ATTAPUR BRANCH. Due to the worst behavior and unmatched size, I left the items on the manager’s desk and left the outlet. Neither I got the exchange not the money. It was costing about Rs.849.65
I am also attaching the bill which I feel was a big mistake of shopping at #BrandFactory and this would be my last visit.
There are no terms and conditions added anywhere in the store or near the item desk saying it cannot be exchanged. But, there is a statement saying that any item can be exchanged within 30 days at the end of the bill. Attaching the bill details with the same so that you guys can have a look.
You guys need to decide if you want to shop with such scammed shopping malls. My next step is to post this to the consumer court.
