My friends insistence made me visit the store, as I had already head of some horrible stories. First of all being close to the apparel industry I can comfortably say that the material quality is very inferior. I see tags of several leading brands on clothes but not sure why the same brands at other outlets look so crisp and refreshing and high quality than here.
Anyway, so we spend 1 hours picking up some items from several discounted categories. They had several discount things going on 50%, 70%. On reaching the cash counter, we discovered there there is a fight going on because the bar code scanner cannot recognize several merchandise and discounts and people are fighting tooth and nail.
And the person at counter is just yelling around for help to his other store mates for confirming rate & discounts. One person just left without buying anything because even after 20 minutes the tag on his garment could not be recognized. On our turn, the same ensued The 70% discount item was only showing 30% now. The 50% became 15%.
And one garment tag could not be recognized so he made us wait for 15 minutes and then asked us to contact customer desk or leave the garment. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! My friend finally dumped everything at the counter and did not purchase anything after that horrible experience. That was the last time we stepped into your store. You guys are well on your way to getting kicked out of the market.
