The brand factory has all the possible brands under their roof but beware they are the replica of the originals & u will be duped like us. The reason being the branded shirts in Excaliber & Peter England we bought are smaller in size & we never thought of trial since these have been our regular brands.The half sleeves are shorter than the actual you wud’ve purchased else where.
Pls make sure you purchase the products only after u are satisfied & don’t have high hopes to go back since they would have mentioned 7 days exchange time but that’s the next horrible experience you will encounter here.
The Customer Service desk is one of the most pathetic one I’ve ever seen. They are just not cooperative & u’ll have to spend 2-3 hrs for just one exchange, u can exchange only with the same brands & the same cost. Thats impossible since they’ll never have the size u want, & they don’t accept another product at cost more or less than the exchange product. We had a terrible time when we went for exchange........................
The offers will make you tempted no reason what you wud’ve decided before getting in but the products are really not worth, you will realize all this only after returning home.
BEWARE : This is another mall to loot you & not a mall as they call us there to loot the products
