They don’t mention the full details of the exchange offer. I gave them 8 trousers and expected an exchange coupon worth Rs 2400(300 x 8). But after giving those I was told I have to buy 8 trousers to redeem the eight coupons. And there was no way they would I could get back my trousers.
Finally I bought two jeans and after reaching home I realised that although I redeemed the two coupons worth Rs.600 they took the full amount from my card account without deducting the 600. This is simply cheating.
