I have very bad experience with brand factory mira road store they sell old stocks and damaged product transferred by their other stores like big bazar, central, pantloon, fbb etc they give up to 50% discount but after discount they add g.s.t and staffs wont talk polite with customers. they have a exchange policy but they argue alot when u go for exchange pathetic management I had done a online complaints but no solution no reply no sizes available if u like somthing and I discovered the shoes they sell that is not original. I buyd a nike shoes for 3000 with in a week it sole came out. They wont exchange shoe and accessories no parking facility.
