Vs. : Well Read N Decide

People With Basic computer Knowledge opt for an assembled cos it costs much lesser. U get around 5 to 10 k savings. Obviously people eud opt for it. But there r Pros. n cons. bout everything. The first computer we bought was in year 2000. It was a Compaq Presario 7500(I think). It was a Beauty n still is. A pentium III 1.8 GHz and 128 mb ram. 10 GB hard disk. Can u believe its still working fine. My Brother is using it he’s into Computer pRogramming n stuff. a total nerd. I on the other hand bought an assembled cos I was in Mumbai doin animation. Bought in year 2003. screwed up in an year. I ve tried fixing it n its 2007 its still lying like a tin box. It was quiet some Config. when it was bought. When I took it to the shop he said only manufacturer is responsible n i contact them. he had said it when I bought it. WEll this is just an incident im stating which i’ve experienced.

Usually there’s no prob in an Assembled PC. But many a times it does. If u see a brand doesnt only assemble the parts they research a lot n see wat hardware donfig works the best, the most efficient n conflicts the least. Now woth Dell n its unique marketing n sales. u  can assemble a PC online n it shows the price. I agree u’ll get a dell for bout 3000-6000 K More but if u have that money go for it.

Some People have the money but for some every paisa is hardearned, Depends. I always advise if u dont have  much problem with the finance go for the branded. Well Dell also offers warranty on spill, breakerage(for an extra amount) well no one wud offer u that. Well but if u know computer hardware in and out n u r a regular reader of CHIP magzine then u can probably go for  an assembled.

My friend bought a comp n his motherboard conflicted with the graphics card. no body knows this stuff man.

I still believe in quality.

so u make the decision now

take care bye
