Lenovo - Do Not Buy

We pay more for the branded product but it is of no use.


I bought a Lenovo All in One Desktop 6 months ago and since Sept 29th 2011, it is lying in a dead state. I have lodged a complaint and the engineer cam after 45 days and the moment he left it has shut down again and since them it is again in a comatose state.


I have written several emails to the company customer care email id and also called up the customer care number to lodge a complaint but there is no use. I insisted that I want to speak to a senior guy and it has been 12 days since then, but again no one has called up and my machine is still in the same stage.


Is this why we pay more money? It is better to buy assembled as the person is within reach and we can catch hold of him. In case of branded machines, the customer care will jsut hand up or make you wait for ages till you decide not to call.


LENOVO - never expected such a pathetic service.
