Food processors & its use has always been my other halfs prerogative. But choosing the right product, technology & overall standard has always been mine & she unanimously agrees. I was looking for a complete & technologically superior food processor for few years. But never ever it appealed may wholly. The likes of Inalsa, Singer, Maharaja, even Moulinex could not even attract respectable rating. Being an engineer I always looked for right forming, finishing & innovative designing of the product. Inalsa and its likes were a noisy, horribly troublesome after few months of usage. And then arrived this BRAUN Combimax. It changed all my earlier impressions & got almost my 100% approval & rating. Extremely smooth & silent in operation. Attachments, it blades & overall design suited the most kitchen table tops. Nearly double the cost of other appliances in its category, but every penny worth it. One of my Agrawal went against my advice and bought Inalsa. Of course Price was his only reason. Admittedly so, he regrets the decision every now and then & has no margin to correct his mistake. The functions such as Kneading Flour, Chopping, Slicing, Wet grinding is performed with extreme ease and doesnt make big noise about it. The only constraint so far is of Dry grinder which is missed by many indian kitchens. But you can always have separate option for that if really wish to own a Quality Food Processor. I can forego this facility for this Quality. And I have separate dry grinder & hand blender too. (Braun ofcourse)
