I am a retired food technologist.
I bought two food processors from Braun model type 4259 called multipractic plus and combimax 750.
For multipractic plus shredder carrier broke one morning and I have not received the spare for the past four months.
For combimax if your bush at the bottom wears out you are asked to buy a new jar which costs Rs 800. There is no way you can replace the bush. The smaller jar broke with the blade and both costs rs 450 and rs 800 respectively for reasons best known to braun spares are not available for these products.Propably germans are use and throw guys. We can’t do that.
I have sent mail to braun_care @gilletteindia.com thrice. They said they have despatched the spares but for the past two months I have not got it. Earlier also same problem cured.
I regret buying braun and now switched over to sumeet as I can’t use the processor without the carrier part for slicer shredder blades
My advise is do not spend a fortune on any braun products as the service here for braun is in paper only.
Instead buy an indian product which can provide spares if anything breaks.
