As per my first experience, I have purchased Royal Enfield Classic 350 from Brawn Automobiles, mata road gurgaon. No problem with buying anything from there, but when at service centre, they are careless. When I was there for first service, then they told me to sit for 4 hours approx., but duration of service they taken 10 minites. After 2 hours they said go outside with your bike and wash it from any outsider washing station. I told him why then they said to me that save your time. There was no washing inhouse. They were use cheap kind of surf for washing and I stopped the that washing and I brought 5 pouch of sunsilk shampoo. After that no air pressure working there. After that I ask for lubricant and they said no need. I was totally harrass by these people. I must prefer not to go brawn sevice centre for servicing the bike anytime. I will go to manjil motors because my next sevice is due till today.
