Don’t pay SERVICE TAX! It’s your right not to pay! If they have put ask them to remove it! as per supreme court orders, it’s customer’s choice either to pay or not to pay service tax!
Never seen any restaurant or pubs where they don’t even bother to ask if customer needs a smoking or non-smoking zone/place to dine!
Food is below average! They don’t even bother to serve to plates! Just get the food from kitchen n drop it on the table! Seriously!!!
!!Main thing!!" SERVICE TAX which is not Mandatory at all as per supreme court! These fellows won’t bother to remove even after asking! Later when I asked them to call cops, they denied and tried to show some Google links . Then I called the nearest police station and started explaining the cops about service tax thing, immediately they changed the bill by removing the service tax. Common few mins back the so called manager was asking me to pay the service tax and then lodge a case immediately bought me the bill by removing the service tax/!
