They force employees to work 12-14 hours everyday, leaves are problem, we dont get leaves and for every leave they cut salary @ 110% of 1 day’s salary on per day basis. Often the managers pass derogatory remarks on our personal lives, they make fun and pass cheap comments to our friends if they are girls.
The environment of this company is extremely low standard. Never never join this company, this is my personal advice, these guys will make you ill mentally.
