As a citizen of India, school is making more painful in PF related matters, though my wife had worked here and applied for PF online, they are hesitating to approve the same by demanding to physically sign the form 19(there is not need to sign this form since we are provided with UAN number)
Though made a complaint to PF office they they are refusing the same.
I have not come across any schools in past doing like this for an employee
