Worst Service Ever Received

I am using Brita Water Purifier from last 4 years now and initially the service was very good and I was asked to take AMC for next 3 years to which I agreed and took, soon after taking the AMC they outsources the services to Reliance and from that day onwards its one of the worst service I have been receiving.


I raised a Filter replace request on Feb 2 2025 and it took 10 days for the engineer to visit and he just replaced the external filter and reset the main filters and said its resolved, he did even bother to clean the tank or listen to me, at the end he asked me the happy code and when I did not share it he threatened me and said from hear onwards I am not going to get the service.


Soon after the engineer left after a week I got the message of replace RO and Filter on the purifier and I raised a ticket on 4th March 2025 and from that day till today 14th March I have been following with customer services everyday to get the filters replaced.


Product is good - what is the use if you dont have a good service?
