It was disgusting to find a long hair inside a Britannia Marie Biscuit. If large brands also give this quality, it is better to go with lesser known Indian brands - with less expectation!
What is the quality systems being followed by Britannia in its factories? Obviously they are being questionable. Also we don’t have robust customer protection laws in India - of which these companies are taking benefit. If the same thing had happened in US - the company would have to temporarily suspend its operations!
