Generally people do recall their first international flight as it leaves the imprint on their minds and heart, in respect with certain points like comfort of the journey, hospitality of the cabin crew members and food etc.altough on board it was splendid and seating’s were comfortable and time taken to reach London from Mumbai was 8hrs.passengers on board were entertained by led TVs present on the back sides of seats and that included wide varieties of movies, shows and many other things entertaining from kids till senior citizens. The punctuality among the cabin crew staff was maintained and they can provide us with Indian as well as British food items. The most improper thing I found about British airways is on the way back from London to Mumbai my flight was cancelled due to technical issues or error detected on flight thereby postponement of date journey took place on the very next day.it was so upsetting for me being mother on board with child to cope up with certain shocking situations like this.it was their lookout to arrange for passengers basic requirement till they board the next flight.
