Although the flight is direct to bombay and I get home soon there is nothing more to write in praise of BA. The food is lacklustre, the crew does not seem to be dedicated enough, there is always a queue at the gate at heathrow before boarding and the inflight entertainment is bad as well. BA also operates a 747 on the bombay sector which is cramped and annoying.
For a normal person this gets extremely uncomfortable since you are flying close to 9 hours. I hope they can improve soon and capitalise on their convinience factor. I guess they should also improve on their check in staff who do not allow any leeway for baggage and look at you as if you are a terrorist. More courtesy towards passengers must also be shown by BA staff.
BA must also try and improve their food served to passengers. On a long flight it becomes essential that passengers are served some good food
