British Airways is an airline that lives up to what it promises. I am quite surprised reading the comments about BA. I have traveled by the airline a number of times and have not had a bad experience till date. Touchwood!.
Just recently I flew by British Airways again to london (Economy Class) and the service dished out to me was par excellence. Everything from the service to the entertainment to even the food was absolutely classy. I had a cold and on seeing that a crew member immediately went inside and got me pure eucalyptus oil. That too without me even mentioning it. I was constantly asked if I needed anything. The staff was extremely caring. To top it all, the flight was actually 45 minutes early!
There wasn’t any problem with the baggage too. The entire experience with British Airways was as good as it was three years back when I had traveled for the first time. Nothing like an enjoyable journey to your destination and BA promises that.
It does live up to the advertisement- For India, the world is waiting!
