The way Chinese products are in the market - no warranty, no guarantee, no customer services etc, British Council Library is the same.
You pay money for one year and then you are tied up with them. The courier person never comes on time(its like rains comes always later than expected). He take 15 days to reach from Elphinstone road to anywhere in Mumbai. The post services(Government services) take 2 days to reach within Mumbai.
Then I keep waiting for the book to arrive. Another 15 days. I lodged complaints at their customer service cell, their Incharge Head of the Library Services. No change, They dont even give a reference number for your complaint.
They waste at least 2 months in 6 months.
I joined this library as I was a member of BCL earlier in the Physical library. They give you horrendous services.
