I had worked for BT almost 2years, from June 2015 - June 2017. The service they provide to the Customers is very very poor and very slow. I started as Process Executive and was promoted as a Team Leader after one and a half year. I wasnt given any hike nor was it mentioned on my papers that im a TL in BT. BT never promoted there employes to work harder or to motivate there employees. The customers literally cried on the phone for tge services but they never fast-track the service. Also the employes working for BT from UK were so untrained. Workking for BT was the worst experience ever.
