I had raised a complaint regarding my TVs HDMI port which was damaged physically and hence they asked me to replace it and promised me to give back in 2 hours time which was not delivered in the stipulated time frame and then finally when they came they asked me to check and left in a hurry and then I never used it as it was not necessary and after one weeks time again it got damaged when I was simply inserting the hdmi cable in the port and its hardly been a week and when I called the customer support guys they mentioned we cant do anything as it is physically damaged. I mean its just a week passed and I am using it for the 2nd time and they are not even taking the blame for it and supporting their vendor with whom they have tie up. There was not quality check from these guys after the service was completed. How do I know that the work is done properly. We cant simply trust on the service provider and they have not even provided me with any instructions as to what steps need to be taken to protect it or use it properly. I literally have spent 4k for this. Worst service ever!
