Never ever opt for bro4u . such a worst experience I have ever got from.the team will speak to you with full confidence adding butter but nothing will be there in action.
I have given my TV for repair on 05th Dec and they confirmed that they will deliver it very next day and they charged almost 2250 for this. didn’t get the delivery and when we call the customer care every time they say that I will get a call back after checking the details.which never happen at all.and on the third day in spite we calling them repeatedly they never bothered to call back once.when I enquired about the reason of not delivering the TV on time each one has different story to tell like electricity issue, customer care representative have not left jayalalita also.her explanation was issue at tamil nadu as jayalalita has passed away, so didn’t the spare part. please don’t even think of opting for bro4 u and sadath TV repair
