Bad HRs are harmful for all the organization & can affect negatively for long term.
I have similar experience with this company, I went their for the interview.
When I entered in the company, it seems good.
First round was technical round and it went for 40-50 mins. Interviewer was really nice & had good knowledge of industry & we both shared our ideas. He told me about their projects & what I am going to do in those projects.
When he left, my second technical round started(with Director level person), he explained everything about his company & what kind of projects they have & what they are thinking about me.
Both the rounds went well & my result was also positive. I waited for sometimes.
Then so called’’HR Manager’’ came. Even she explained about company & work culture & why should I join that organization.
And she had 2 conditions:
1- Join from tomorrow as your are jobless(I asked for 3 days as I had some personal work to do) but she denied and said’’kr lijiye nhi to mere pas dusra option bhi hai’’ and the best thing is they do have noticed period of 2 or 3 months.
2- She denied to give me my expected salary and the best part is, she was offering less than my previous salary.
It was really tough to understand, I had cleared everything before coming for the interview. my expected salary and all. If you are not able to offer then why are you inviting & wasting my time?
I denied & left. Then she called me "aap apne previous company ka offer letter bhej dijjiye" To be frank I didn’’t like her attitude during interview & she looks more like LALA than a HR.
Then I received a call again "Aapne bheja nhi" then I shared my offer letter.
After that they told "Isme salary break-up nhi hai, wo bhi chahiye"
I refused & mailed them sorry I am not interested at all.
After 1 week, on a job portal I noticed the same vacancy from that same HR for the same company. It means they were not able to hire a candidate.
Moral is a bad HR can harm your organization.
I am suggesting everyone, if you are going for the interview then ask them clearly every details.
