I buy this particular brand of coffee because I and my family like
the flavor. We have been using this brand for more than thirty years
now and we will continue to use the same. The coffee, if made
properly tastes really good. You feel fresh and recreated immediately,
However, the composition should be correct to give correct taste of the coffee.
One should be careful while buying the coffee powder.Most of the time you come across
packets which are one or more months old. My wife is very particular about the date of
packing.I have commented several times saying that it should taste the same whether it is
freshly packed or one or more months old. But my wife insists on the dates.
Once I experimented with a packed one month before and compared the taste with
the freshly packed one. It gives a ’fermented’ taste with one month old packed coffee
whereas the one with latest packing date tastes really fresh and gives the correct coffee
flavor.
It is also important not to keep in storage for long time. So it is recommended to buy in small packets of
say 100 Gm and consume before replacing with a frech packet.
I therefore recommend to everyone to insist on looking for freshly packed coffee powder and never buy
the ones with even one month old packets.
But the flavor of the fresh coffee is that I do not want to forget
and therefore drink more coffees in spite of the fact that I should not
drink more due to acidity problem.
