Brother made very bad quality printer for Xerox as well as for printing. I am using this printer since 6 months for first 2 months it is quite good but now its paper handling is very bad for 10 copies I have to spend 12 to 13 papers because most of times it not handle paper good it gives me message ’ Jam paper inside’ so it is bad. It is user friendly. Another thing which I felt very bad which is its printing speed which is very low for 1 print it takes 10 to15 seconds after some days. The printer has also the drum problem after every 5 to 6 months you have to replace drum it gives you message ’ Replace Drum’. Another one major problem which most of the users have the it gives sometimes only one side printing means it only print on left or right side of A4 paper so it is quite irritating. Also if we have to copy the id card then the photo printing quality is very bad.
So I suggest do not buy this printer.
