Our Brother DCP printer had problems from day one. The WiFi never worked so we used in USB mode. Even the paper feeder has some issues, keeps saying No Paper.
After a few months, the printer started producing prints full of ink blotches. See attached image to know how bad the problem is.
There is no contact number provided for service center and location given online is wrong. So there is no way to locate the service center. When I call the Brother customer service contact center it keeps saying "All our executives are busy, you are in queue" etc. and then call gets disconnected.
- Update: There is a Brother field team which attends to issues at your home/office. The person came and resolved the above issues(though small dots still appear on the paper). I had to pay Rs. 750 for the service visit, no part was changed. For Bangalore you should dial 080-40933323 to register your complaint.
