I brought a new printer, it stop working after taking almost 1300 print copies. Given to the authorized service centre, Even after the timely follow up also, they did n’t repaired and printer for 02 years. when I raised my voice they were return the printer without correcting the complaint. Lying in the service centre for 02 years the printer is almost gone. I made a complaint to brother customer care. The irresponsible service centre given a quote of Rs, 5750, at the time of giving the printer, quote were Rs.1600.
NO SUPPORT FROM BROTHER CUSTOMER CARE OR SERVICE CENTRE. THEY SELL THE PRINTER JUST FOR 1300 COPIES. THEIR STUPID SERVICE CENTRE IS JUST TO KEEP THE PRINTER IN THEIR GO DOWN FOR YEARS.
EVEN AFTER COMPLAINING TO THE CUSTOMER CARE NO USE, NO RESULT.
I SUGGEST TO ALL INDIANS - PLEASE DONOT BUY BROTHER PRODUCTS, THEY ARE CHEATERS AND THEIR SERVICE CENTRES ARE USE LESS.
