I recently purchased the Brother PT D600 single function printer, and I am extremely disappointed with my purchase. The printer is supposed to be one of the most reliable and efficient models available on the market, but in my experience, it has been anything but.
The setup process was incredibly difficult and took me hours to get the printer working properly. The instructions provided were not clear and did not provide any guidance on how to properly set up the printer. After numerous attempts, I was finally able to get it working, but it still wasn’t quite right.
Once I finally got the printer up and running, the quality of the prints was extremely disappointing. The colors were off and images were blurry. The resolution was extremely poor, and the colors were washed out. The printer prints very slowly, taking several minutes for a single page to print.
The printer also lacks a number of features that are found on other models. It does not have an LCD display, and it does not have Wi-Fi capabilities. There is no way to scan documents, and it does not support two-sided printing.
