Review for Brownie Point , IC colony.
I ordered a cake from Brownie Point two days ago for my daughter’s birthday. Knowing she likes hazelnuts I specifically mentioned I wanted their hazelnut cake with a layer of hazelnuts. The lady in the store took the order. Needless to say I did not check the receipt which read Belgian Nutella.
On the day of the birthday we got a cake which was did not have the layer of hazelnut or hazelnut flavour. I brought it to the notice of the owner during the party itself who said my receipt said no layer of hazelnuts.
After the party I checked and my receipt said no cream. She was courteous enough to get a piece of cake collected for checking but thereafter things went south. I had to call her repeatedly thereafter. Not only did she not acknowledge my angst but she took it a step further and lied about our conversation the previous night. After a terrible telephonic conversation I had to disconnect the call as she was unwilling to hear my point of view and kept screaming to prove her point. she evn said people do not believe half the reviews on Facebook. Well...Overall a terrible experience with brownie point ic colony owner Ruhi. Wish she would be more understanding with regards to customer satisfaction.
