To, Mr Anupam Shrivastava, Chairman and Managing Director, BSNL,


My mobile number has been hacked by someone. Even if I do not make any call or use the internet, a message regularly flashes on my phone’s screen that certain money has been deducted from my mobile balance or this much KB of data has been reduced from my internet pack. The SIM card is always with me inserted in my phone and I never allow anyone else to use my phone. Still I am losing my precious internet data and mobile balance. The local BSNL officials have no clue about my problem. Till to this date, I have lost almost Rs.10000 worth of mobile balance and 100GB of internet data from my pack. Kindly take note of my complaint and free my mobile number from the clutches of this unauthorised access by the hacker. And compensate me adequately for this loss mentioned above. For this I will be grateful to you. Looking forward to a quick and positive response from your side
