Two months ago, I call the bsnl help line and I ask to basl 3G service availability for aria wise, when I ask him to over aria’s 3g service availability, She said you can use bsnl 3G service any of arias in India.
After recharge with my sim to bsnl 3G service, When I use the bsnl 3G service I found 2G service on my mobile with low internet speed.
When I re call on helpline he said that "over 3g service available selected arias only"
So I diced that bsnl service and suport is bad and very low quality and her connection reliability or internet speed very slow in some of the arias in india
